What’s Included?
ALL MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS INCLUDE:

  • All parts and labor to service and maintain your system
  • Free telephone and technical support
  • Absolutely no charge for a “no trouble found” service call
  • Free 15 minutes of remote programming per quarter

Expert Service Technicians

Our fully trained dependable service technicians will come to service and maintain your phone and voicemail systems. We work with your schedule when most convenient to you.

Priority Service

As a maintenance agreement customer you will receive priority status on all service calls.

Annual Inspections & Preventative Maintenance

  • Inspection of Phone System, Voicemail and Battery Back-Up
  • Replacement of base cords, coils, and handsets as necessary
  • New printed faceplates/labels for telephones as required

Telecom Support & Training

We work with your local phone service provider on your behalf to ensure that your service operates as smoothly and efficiently as possible. We also provide on-site training for new employees as well as refresher classes.

Price Protection

Peace of mind knowing that you will not be charges for time and material. The premium can not be increased during the term of your agreement.

Payment Options

We have several payment options available, for your convenience. Payment is due on or before the effective date of your term, either in full, billed semi-annually, or if you would like, quarterly.
